What Is Mindset Coaching?

Success comes from positive, inspiring, round-the-clock self-talk: This is true for all forms of success, from fitness to relationships to vocations to health.  While traditional personal trainers often guide their clients through programs that lack clinical merit and psychological motivation,  Coach Val is more than a “rep-counter”, but a true Life Coach and Mindset Coach who will help you build an emotional connection to your goals, and break through psychological barriers and negative self-talk. His insight into cognitive restructuring and behavioral change have led hundreds of clients to transform their lives, their fitness and their health outcomes. 

Personalizing Exercise

Statistically, only a very small percentage of those who begin their fitness journey actually accomplish and sustain their goals. This number radically improves for those who hire a coach and employ the guidelines, progressions and parameters most applicable to the client’s medical history, fitness levels, psychology and risk-stratification. Coach Val Fiott’s programs have been so successful, that he has served as a Subject Matter Expert for The American Council on Exercise since 2010, and has held multiple corporate leadership positions in health science and clinical longevity.

Start Your Journey

  • Your free Strategy Session, fitness/health-risk screening takes place over Zoom on your laptop, phone or tablet. You can be at home, outdoors, or anywhere.
  • After submitting your online investment, Val contacts you to schedule your meetings and workouts.
  • Coach Val selects the initial fitness-related equipment that you’ll need, and ships it to your home (at no charge). More will arrive as your physical fitness progresses.
  • Meet with Val for each scheduled session, using the fitness equipment that was sent to you.
  • You’ll have different needs throughout your program: Some sessions may be entirely exercise-driven, whereas others may need to focus more on mindset, nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation or motivation. Val is intuitive to your needs and you’ll work together to make these decisions.
  • Accountability calls, texts and emails are offered as a regular part of your program, as are health-risk re-assessments, meal planning and goal re-assessment.
