Val Fiott’s coaching builds longevity, fitness, daily energy and mental focus in his clients, combining his expertise in Personal Training and Medical Fitness with Health Coaching, Lifestyle and Mindset Coaching. Val was first certified in 1994 as he began his college study in the exercise sciences. Deeply connected to the exercise and nutrition guidelines statistically shown to improve aging, Val was later certified as both a Weight Management Specialist, teaching him more technical strategies for burning the most stubborn fat, as well as a Health Coach, which focused on the science of preserving the body’s functionality. In 2010, Val was contacted by The American Council on Exercise to serve as a Subject Matter Expert. He went on to become a certified Life Coach, and to serve as Corporate Physical Health Director for Michigan’s largest retirement community before completing his PhD in Natural Health Science and graduating from the Medical Exercise Training Institute.
